Susan Raterman, CIH specializes in identifying environmental health hazards and developing practical solutions that help her clients improve the health and comfort of building occupants. She develops and implements comprehensive moisture and mold prevention programs for builders, product manufacturers, building owners and facility managers.

Programs include IAQ policies, operations and maintenance programs, interiors materials selection, monitoring effectiveness of ventilation control strategies, and IAQ control during construction and renovation activities.

Susan is also in demand as a diagnostic consultant for IAQ, mold and asbestos investigations, contaminant sampling strategies and remediation oversight.
